THE RESULTS ARE IN, YOUARE A:

You are a Multi-tasking Maven

The Queen of Capable. The Empress of Efficiency. The Duchess of Done!

It’s a blessing and curse, isn’t it?

You’re likely an expert at time management. But what about energy management? Do you have trouble saying “No”? Here’s the thing, sis…when we overextend ourselves, we are saying No. When you’re in full multi-tasking mode, nothing is getting the true attention it deserves.

That said, do not beat yourself up. To be our best as entrepreneurs, or in any area of our lives, we must learn the fine art of prioritization, delegation, and relaxation. Your family, calendar, body, and soul will thank you for it.

“Making the decision to not follow a system, or someone else’s rules has allowed me to really dig into what my own strengths and gifts are without spending time feeling jaded or wasteful.” — Ishita Gupta, founder of Fear.less Magazine

3 Quick Tips to successfully emerge into full business ownership.
1. Inventory your assets.

Take an honest look at your strengths and your weaknesses. Where will you need the most support vs. where can you fly solo without help? There are 3 main currencies in life: Time, energy/knowledge, money. If you have the money, you can save time. If you have time, you can save money. Here are the questions you should ask:

  • Do I have the tools I need to get started (psst, money is a tool)?
  • Do I have a network of people who will support me through my launch?
  • Do I have the time and energy to give this all I can?
2. Set realistic and stretch goals.

I often hear, “Once I make enough money….” or “Once I have more time….). Those kinds of statements limit your growth. Setting attainable goals and setting ‘shoot for the moon’ goals is the best way to measure your progress and monitor if you’re on the right track. Here are some examples:

  • Three new clients by the end of the first quarter
  • Selling 40 new widgets by month-end
  • Growing my social media audience by 15%
3. Be vigilant with your goals but flexible with how to reach them.

The absence of a true goal can lead to burnout. Most business owners I know have a hard goal. When they are feeling overwhelmed, they pause and remember their mission. Much like when your mind wanders during meditation, and you come back to the breath, you must remind yourself of your goal.

I curated a collective of big dreamers, go-getters, and action-takers. I love being around them because when I feel my most insecure, they lock arms, and we push through together.

I’d love it if you joined.

It’s a fabulous support network where we build one another up, make one another laugh, and share resources to keep us moving forward.
